Who is dMagoo?

dMagoo is a Global Surplus Marketplace (GSM) that identifies Sellers & Buyers of only new, unsold, quality surplus goods globally. dMagoo GSM is accessed by Desktop and App based Android & iOS tools. We have affiliates in over 190 countries and 840 cities. dMagoo provides Full-Service logistics products as its value-add to facilitate Global Trade (i.e. Door to Door Logistics services including product Inspection, Cargo Insurance, Duty Draw Back).

Who do you sell to?

dMagoo opens the door to global entrepreneurs that did not previously exist without significant cash outlay. dMagoo offers a unique opportunity to 3rd party online marketplace sellers (Amazon, Craigslist, etc.), Discount Stores, Retail Store Chains, Entrepreneurs that want to test the market with limited startup investment and R&D. Even mom-and-pop businesses have the same opportunity as established international conglomerates, wholesalers, and retail stores.

dMagoo merchandise is secured under direct contract with the direct Local Importers or BCO’s (Beneficial Cargo Owners) & Retail chains that have a surplus, unsold, or discontinued products targeted for the US market. These products have been either imported into the USA or have been manufactured in the USA. These products are brand new. All imports comply with USA Importation Regulations

Is dMagoo an outlet?

We are not an outlet. We are a B2B Global Surplus Marketplace (GSM).

Is dMagoo selling overstock?

We sell only new quality surplus products direct from manufacturer or an actual importer of record. Products may be overstocked, discontinued and, out of season but must meet all U.S. Regulatory & Compliance requirements.

Who are the sellers on the site?

This can be anyone that has a surplus such as importers, retailers, wholesalers etc. who must provide full disclosures of products.

Can buyers call the seller for information?

No.  All information is provided only by dMagoo

Can Sellers sell directly to the buyers?

No.  This is against dMagoo agreement with both seller and buyer.

Payment

What are your payment terms?

Payment for the products are due in full prior to shipment. Payment for Value added Services are subject to Incoterms 2010 or agreed upon terms.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, ACH, and credit card payments. Any fees associated with the payment method is the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you send an invoice?

Yes, we send you a Proforma invoice for the products for your approval. Once approved and payment is received we will then prepare all other documents such as commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of Origin, if required. These documentations will be sent for your final approval before product is shipped.

Do you take credit card payments?

Yes. Transaction fees will incur with all credit card purchases. In the case of a charge back, the amount is minus all transaction fees.

What are your credit card transaction fees?

Please check with your credit card company for all International transactions and additional gateway fee will apply to each transaction. An additional 3% credit card convenience fee will be included in the total amount.

How many credit card fees are there?

There are 3 components:
(a) What your credit card charges,
(b) a .25% Gateway Fee, and
(c) 15 cents transaction fee.

Are credit card fees reversed in case of a chargeback?

Since the credit card company and the gateway do not refund fees dMagoo cannot refund fees back on any voided or cancelled services.

Are all payments to dMagoo in US dollars?

Yes, all payments have to be made in US dollars.

Inspection, Labeling, Insurance, Duty Drawback

Do I get one quote or separate quote for all services?

You get one itemized quote for all services. This includes all services subject to Incoterms 2010 selected and any additional value-add services.

Do I get one invoice or separate invoices for services?

Services that have to be performed prior to shipment will be invoiced separate from freight and insurance subject to Incoterms 2010 selection.

Who will send me quotes and invoices?

dMagoo send all quotes and invoices on behalf of our Licensed service providers. Service charges to be paid at destination outside of the Incoterms 2010 will be agreed upon with dMagoo prior to shipment.

Does dMagoo perform all services?

dMagoo acts as the sales agents for which services are performed / contracted by trusted and Licensed third-party providers. We will strive to customize unique service requirements beyond our online value-add services.

Do I have to buy insurance from you?

There is no requirement to buy cargo insurance. However, it is highly recommended so you can better protect your goods from exposure to risks—some that could be catastrophic. It’s important to weigh the insurance costs with the potential losses and collateral damage that could occur without insurance.

How does duty drawback work?

As the shipper and the Exporter of record we will apply for the duty drawback on your behalf with U.S. customs. We offer a fee-based consultation service to determine if the possibility of duty recovery exists.

Will dMagoo put country specific labels?

Yes, this is a value-add service we offer based on country specific Importation requirement. When you purchase, please choose labeling and give all details of the required label.

Shipping

Is dMagoo a freight forwarder?

No, we are not. We use our in-house contracted third party for all our services. All shipping solutions are sold by dMagoo as sales agent for licensed logistics company.

Do I have to ship through you?

No, you do not have to ship through dMagoo . Just pick EXWORKS when you pick Incoterms 2010.

When do I pay for shipping?

It depends on Incoterms 2010 that you select.

Do I get a commercial invoice?

Yes, you do.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

Products

Are products used or returned products?

No. They are all new, unsold, surplus. They have never been sold by Manufacturer or Importer of the products.

Are products damaged products?

No. They are all new surplus products. If there are any irregularities, a full disclosure will be provided on line.

Do you guarantee product quality?

dMagoo requires product vendors / suppliers to provide accurate information on quality.
dMagoo products are brand-new and “Made for America,” and conform to U.S. consumer quality requirements. Feel free to request dMagoo inspection services to obtain an inspection report.

Are products returnable?

Products are not returnable.

What if products arrive damaged?

You make a claim against your insurance.

Is there a minimum amount that is required to be purchased?

Yes, usually it is the whole stock, we encourage buyers to take Full Container loads.

What kind of products do you sell?

Our Product portfolio will consist of a wide range of products such as: electronics, Apparel, footwear, cosmetics, jewelry, Home & Garden, tools/hardware, camping/outdoor items, Food,
general merchandise etc.

Why do you need a quote for the product if the price is already on the site?

The quote is actually for additional value-add services. The price on the site is the price of the product.

Are products on hold for me if I put them in the container.

No, they are not on hold. They are sold on a first come first serve basis.

What can I do to make sure I get the product?

Full payment for the product will ensure we do not sell it to another party.
