HOW IT WORKS
dMagoo is creating Global Markets for Quality Surplus Products through our enhanced supply chain capabilities. Our Global Surplus Marketplace (GSM) identifies buyers & sellers both in the USA and around the globe. We offer a wide range of Quality Surplus products and supply individuals and businesses with products at significantly lower cost than original book value.

EASY TO REGISTER
You can browse most of our website and products without registering fully. However, in order to place an order and generate a shipping quote you will need to register on our website. Registration is Free, Quick & Easy - simply click on "Log In/Register” link and select “Register Here".  You will be asked to specify your email, select a password and enter some basic   information. Please feel free to call or email us should you need any assistance with your registration.

HOW TO ORDER

Online: In order to place an order online you must first be registered on our website. Once registered simply browse through
our product listings and select “Add To My Container" for items you wish to order along with our dMagoo added value logistics services. Once your order is submitted, our team will process your request and revert back with the relevant charges if shipping is also selected.
By Phone: To place an order by phone, please call us at +1-800-757-3024
By Email: To place an order by email please email your account manager or our general email sales@dMagoo.com with items or services, you would like to purchase.

Online Step 1- Pick item and put in Container.

Online Step 2- When you put items in a container, the system will automatically take you to the next page (Request a Quote Page) where you can request a quote for services including shipping and insurance on this page. Or you can continue shopping.

Online Step 3- After you SUBMIT, wait for our email with quotes for the services you requested.

Online Step 4- Approve the quote

Online Step 5- Make required payments and DONE!

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All goods must be paid for in full prior to shipment or pick-up. Goods will not ship until payment is cleared. Depending on the order amount, the types of goods being purchased and the destination of the goods, we may require additional information. Any such requirements will be communicated to you by your Account Manager. dMagoo reserves the right to refuse credit card purchases. Credit card fees and gateways fees will be charged by the respective companies.

SALES POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed all Orders must be paid in full within 3 business days of acceptance of final quote. All Goods Sold AS-IS. Seller makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied and without limitations, of merchandise fitness or marketability. All Sales are Final. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges. dMagoo works with a variety of different products & will always stand by our listings and aim to market these products properly and as accurately as possible. Our Listings are untested by dMagoo but our supplies are  direct manufactures and importers of the products. Our suppliers comply with US quality and safety regulations.  Products and are specifically “Made for America.”  If you wish to acquire an inspection report, please select Inspection Services. This offers piece of mind without having to fly over to inspect the cargo yourself. We will get you the products certified through world renowned inspection companies and will be certified by their inspection agents. Since we are not a liquidation company we value our partnerships with the direct seller of the respective products of listing the products as declared on our website and contracts in place where the product must match their product declaration and specification on dMagoo Global Surplus Marketplace (GSM).

SHIPPING POLICY
dMagoo offers extremely competitive Domestic & International Shipping through our 3PL licensed Logistics partners to provide you not just a Door to Door experience but also value-added services such as Inspection & Insurance to offer you a one stop supply chain solution.

RETURN POLICY
All goods are sold As-is and all sales are final.
dMagoo does not offer any guarantees on the merchandise we offer and there are no exchanges or returns possible.  If you ever have any issues or concerns with your orders, please do call or email us and we will always strive to resolve your issue quickly and fairly with the aim of making sure our customers are always satisfied in their experience dealing with us.
