Below are the services dMagoo will perform:

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) - Visual inspection of the product for quantity, quality (new, used, refurbished, other) packing against shipping documents. Normally products are inspected at random and using sampling a plan; such as ISO-2859. PSI helps determine goods condition (new, used, refurbished), quantity and packing conditions prior to shipping offering protection in case if disputes at receivers.

Final Random Inspection (FRI) - Evaluation of key product characteristics at the end of production, when a consignment is 100% manufactured and at least 80% packed. Products are inspected for appearance, workmanship, color, measurements, quantity, packaging / packing details, shipping marks, etc. Sample Collection can be performed at this stage. Performing FRI is useful as a standard Quality Assurance check prior to shipment.

Container Loading Check (Origin Country) - Witnessing of finished product being loaded into containers, including counting cartons and ensuring cargo matches shipping documents. Confirmation that the loaded finished products are those inspected during a previous FRI. Inspection and sealing of shipping containers can also be performed at this stage. Loading Check helps identify attempts at product substitution, ensures loading is done in an orderly fashion, and confirms that packaging and shipping documents are in order.

Container Unloading Check (Destination Country) - Witnessing of finished product being unloaded from containers, including counting cartons, damage checking, and ensuring cargo matches shipping documents. Unloading Check helps buyers to independently determine the quantity, quality and conditions of goods on arrival thereby offering protection in the event of disputes.

Verification of Conformity (VOC)-

A Certificate of Conformity or COC is a mandatory document which is necessary for Customs clearance of exports to specific countries around the globe. Certificate of Conformity for exports currently required to Algeria, Botswana, Cameroon, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Kuwait, Nigeria, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania and Uganda. The Certificate of Conformity shows that the goods being exported comply with the relevant technical regulations and national, regional or international standards of the country of import. Protecting the health, safety and environment of citizens from substandard imported goods and giving them the assurance, they need in their local market. The Certificate of Conformity is a mandatory document which is necessary for local Customs clearance that require this certification.

The shipment will be subjected to physical verification to ensure that the documents match the products and that no deviations are found. Regular shipments can be treated under registration or licensing.

Our affiliates run a series of verification of conformity programs. Each is designed to ensure that the quality and safety regulations of an importing country are met, thereby protecting consumers and the environment while at the same time building a business’s reputation. We issue a Certificate of Conformity (COC) to guarantee the quality and safety of a shipment, and ensure its smooth clearance through customs. We assess conformity before a shipment sets sail, from diligent verification of documentation and sample collection for laboratory analysis to physical inspections of goods.
